Karnataka tops list of states seeking skilled workforce to resume industrial activities

Data from Aseem portal of the skills ministry shows 64,689 candidates have been offered jobs in less than a month with highest demand for workers in logistics (44.3% of the posted vacancies), tourism and hospitality (18.1%), telecom (11.9%), construction (6.4%) and IT-ITes (4.6%), suggesting quick revival in these sectors post the lockdown.
