Non-metro cities drive jobs growth in March, shows Naukri JobSpeak index

Indian companies approached hiring with caution during March with the Naukri JobSpeak Index flat compared to the previous month, and up only 5% year-on-year. The size of the non-tech sectors and non-metropolitan areas that led employment activity prompted the 7% decline in new positions in the IT sector compared to March 2018.
