Companies allowing employees cash compensation, roll over of unused leaves in 2020
RPG Group, Mindtree, M&M, Cashkaro are among companies temporarily doing away with the usual ‘use it or lose it’ approach to leaves, where days unutilised beyond a certain cap lapse at year-end.
