Average India increments at 8% in 2021; early estimates for 2022 projected at 8.6%: Deloitte's survey
According to Deloitte’s Workforce and Increments Trends Survey, 92% of companies gave an increment in 2021 at an average of 8%, compared to only 4.4 % in 2020, where just 60% of companies had extended a pay hike.
