Indian professionals more receptive to hybrid working; 8 in 10 heading back to office by choice: LinkedIn

Nearly 78% of Indian professionals choose to head back to the office, according to a new study by LinkedIn. Research also revealed that 86% of workers have a positive attitude toward working in an office, a significant shift from attitudes seen a year ago. At the same time, about 63% of professionals felt their careers wouldn't be negatively impacted by working remotely, but worry that opting out of office interaction could hurt their chances for growth.
